   You may already be aware of these recent publications but I thought you might be interested since they seem to indicate a shift to a position closer to what you argued in “The Absent-Minded Imperialists”. Maybe some new synthesis will emerge.

   You say the health service is better funded in Sweden, but it appears they only have a skeleton staff.
